I have over 25 years experience in the Real Estate business working one on one with prospective buyers in preparation for the purchase of residential or investment property. I have been a mortgage loan originator with Albany Funding for 11 years.

Working with first time homebuyers is my passion and specialty. I have extensive experience with residential new construction, vacant land, multi-family, and mixed use property transactions as well.

Born in Schenectady I have lived in the Capital District my entire life. I am licensed to conduct business as a Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Originator, and commissioned Notary Public in the State of New York. In my leisure time I enjoy ballroom dancing as an instructor and competitor. Perennial gardening takes a close second.
